for the past two months I have been training with a professional who changed my view about dieting. I used to think eating high amount of carbs + proteins and low amounts of fat would be key to success and he proved me wrong. With a diet based on the right amount of carbs through the day, good amounts of fat and training in the morning with an empty stomach made me not only lose body fat around my waist and belly, but also I feel no more bloated (usually the effect of the carbs) and I increased the muscle percentage, lowering the fat one.
I would like to ask, as I would like to grow even more, not bulking but just growing, with the help of some additional "extras", what would be the next step in this diet? I wouldn't like to add more carbs to the diet as having my serum (in the blood) insulin levels elevated, my body will completely stops using fat for fuel (fat burning stops when you eat large amounts of carbs).
This is the diet:
After waking up:
- 1,5 LITER OF INFUSION WITH LEMON AND GINGER
- 2 x thermogenicos
- 1 x glutamine
1st MEAL:
- 150 gr of Greek yogurt
- 20 gr protein powder
- 1 handful of nuts
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 Multivitamin - 2xMineral
2nd MEAL:
- 80 gr quinoa
- 3 can of tuna (natural)
- A Giant salad with everything with Himalayan salt and olive oil
- 1 grapefruit juice without added sugars
- 1 x vit B
3rd MEAL:
- 100 gr cured ham
- 100 gr rice
- ¼ of avocado
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 1 fruit
- 1 infusion
4th MEAL:
- 100 gr of turkey
- 6 rice cakes
- 1 fruit
5th MEAL:
- 200 gr white fish
- broccoli
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
