I wanna make some low calorie muffins , and i was searching the amount of calories in coconut oil , butter , margarine , and olive oil and it turns out that the butter Is the one with fewer calories , so whats the advantage of using coconut oil instead of butter in a Fit dessert , also i read somewhere that i can replace them with beans , i dont know if this Is true .
