Am I on the right track?

I started a bit over a week ago on a keto diet. I did a lot of research and I know that you'll feel crappy for the first week. Well, I don't feel too awful but I'm consistently only getting 900~1,100 calories per day and then I'm too full to eat more. Moreover, I've heard it's not great for building muscle and my workouts are way harder. On top of that it's just been kind of a pain to get that much fat in. I wasn't intending to do it for more than a month anyway so I figure I should just cut my losses now and try something else.

My Stats:
Female, 26 (No idea why it says 49 on my user info here...?)
59kg (130lbs)
167cm (5'6'')
Body Fat: 31%
Lift weights (moderate intensity) 3xs week, 60min each
Swim (moderate intensity) 2xs week, 1.5 hours each
Mostly sedentary otherwise.
Estimated TDEE: 1,500

My goals are to lose fat and build muscle (recomp). Target body fat is around 18%. Target weight is around 55kg.
Based on this information, here is what I've come up with:

Total Calorie Intake: 1,365
Protein: 137g
Carbs: 102g
Fats: 46g

What do you guys think? Is the protein a bit too high? Should I perhaps move some of the protein down to fats? (PS: I'm sorry if this kind of question is not so welcome here. I tried to keep in mind the suggestions and keep close to them but I just would like some opinions as this is my first time really dieting by macros.)
