50/30/20 diet (50% of calories from fat)

I'm not a fan of using macronutrient ratios to count calories and what I'm doing is working for me however when calculating my intake I have noticed that I am eating 50% of my calories from fat. I know everyone is unique and macros are goal dependant and such but I wanted to get your opinions on this. I am not bodybuilding (I admire the art and science of it though), my goals are specific to my sport which is Capoeira and my goals are to eat a diet that will give me stable energy and remove inflammation (especially joint tissue inflammation) from training.

2,800 calories (maintenance)

155g fat - 210g carbs - 140g protein

I'm 150lb and I have 136lb of LBM

For the ones who would like more information:

As I said I'm 150lb and I'm sub-10% bodyfat according to DEXA scan analysis. I'm 26 years of age and 5'7"
There's a lot of contradictory guidelines on nutrition and eating is such a personal experience that I know people can become wound up when talking about nutrition as everyone has their own opinions. In my opinion, macro ratios are not even a good way of calculating calories because take for example people who carb cycle and drop their carbs on some days. As an example let's use my caloric intake as a baseline (2,800). If I ate a traditional bodybuilders macro ratio of 40 protein 40 carbs 20 fat on a high carb day this would put me at 280g protein - 280g carbs - 62g fat

If we assume that a "low carb" day would be 50g of carbs for the day using the same protein and fat intake as a "high carb" day of the cycle would put me at 280g protein - 50g carbs - 62g fat which is 1,878 calories. If we work out the macro ratio of this hypothetical low carb day of eating it would work out to be 60% protein - 10% carbs - 30% fat. This doesn't factor in that a lot of people will actually increase their fat intake when they decrease their carbs. So this is why I'm confused about macro ratios and would like your input.

My personal opinions and philosophies:

I feel good with what I'm doing now and I'm happy, I look good and I'm performing well in my sport and achieving my goals. Some of you might say that's all that matters and you might be right but I just wanted to see if I could improve or be better and that's why your opinions will also be helpful. I look up to bodybuilders, the size, strength and looks that some of you possess is unbelievable and I can see the commitment to your diets and I have so much to learn from you. But I think that macro ratios are pointless in my opinion. I know I'm consuming a lot of calories from fat but my food sources are from the most cleanest sources I can find. I don't like to isolate foods into their individual macros, I try to eat as whole as possible and as nutrient dense as possible eating from all of the food groups. Some of the things I'm eating are like pastured unpasteurized butter, coconut, olives, raw milk, organs, grass fed meats (not too fatty, not too lean), vegetables from below the ground and above the ground, fruits, wild fish, etc.
