Hi I am very concerned about my cutting phase, these are my details
I am 5.7ft, 22 years oldand was 63kg or 138lb first time bulk to 76kg or 167lb in 6 months
I am cutting now for the first time as well I am at my 4th day.
I eat 900g of chicken breast = 1500 cals, 250g protein
4 bananas = 100 cals each = 400 cals
My concern is that by the 4th day I lost 3kg to 4kg or about 8 lb in just 4 days
It says that I need to consume 2000 cals to lose 1lb a week, I'm doing about 1800 to 1900, I stopped doing cardio because I'm scared that I might lose muscle mass, I know that I'm losing majority of it from water retention, but 8 lb is kinda too big.
My question is;
Is this normal?
Do I still lose muscle mass with 1:1.6 pound to protein ratio?
Taking a dump is hard, no fiber, what are your recommendations? I eat 500g of broc**** I dont know if that helps...
