Hello, 19 year old 135 lb 6'2 bean pole here. Previously eating roughly 1000-1500 calories a day, I recently decided I have to get bigger. I felt like **** all the time with no energy it was pathetic. For the past couple weeks I've been eating 2500-3000 calories a day. High cal oatmeal with protein powder in the morning, fast food for lunch. Cliff bar and protein shake before dinner and then whatever for dinner. Only problem is I feel sooo sick after eating. Every time. I get nauseous and am constantly burping. Is this from going from a low daily calorie amount to a high one? Also any tips for people who have a hard time gaining weight? Should I couple this change with weight training? Thx
