Hey guys! i’m 18 years old and 6’2, but I only weigh 110lbs and have been skinny my entire life. I’ve never been able to fit enough food in my stomach to gain weight. i’ve tried lifting weights and i’ve tried all the “eating certain amounts a day” tips. Everyone always gives me the same answer and that is “eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day till your stomach gets bigger” but that’s the issue, i get full too easily. so i’d love to see if any of you have any tips on what i should do.
