Sensitive stomach- How to deal with it.

As the title states I am trying to figure out the best way to deal with and continue living with a sensitive stomach. I have already went to the GI and they said it could be stress or might be IBS, but nothing conclusive. I am otherwise a healthy 28 yr old guy.

I do not count calories, but eat a relatively "clean" diet. I only eat lean red meat and limit it to once a week. I also do one day a week where I eat vegetarian. I do not consume an unusually high amount of protein.
It seems that lately I have digestive issues after every meal. After eating I feel bloated, sometimes gassy or a little nauseous. I cannot have one beer without feeling extremely bloated and gassy.
I try to stay away from foods that cause inflammation or bloating.

So far I have tried ginger supplements, ginger/herbal tea, kefir and probiotic supplements. I am not sure what else to try.

I plan to add a prebiotic in as well, but not sure if it will make a difference or not.

Any opinions on this?
