Hey guys,
Let's say you're training appropriately, lifting heavy and smart, resting enough (by enough I mean 7-9 hours a night),
if I am at or below maintenance, is there any way my body will gain any size whatsoever?
I'm 18, 187cm and 85kg, my body seems to go through 4-5000 calories as fast as Trump is building that wall.
I know that I train well and my chest mainly, but also my whole body, doesn't want to put on size.
Is it pretty much ESSENTIAL/REQUIRED to get a surplus to gain for example, a bigger chest, or bigger arms.
If so, I'm going to have to cram in additional calories.
I am a pretty active person, my job is very active, and I am stressed often, being in a management position.
Is it reasonable for me to be burning over 5000 calories? In my opinion, it seems I must be, but I want some advice if possible.
Thanks guys, all help is fantastic. Preferably if you have been in the same situation I'd love to hear from ya!
