I don't really know if this is the right sub forum as I don't really think that it's a nutrition problem but still. Since joining the gym, I've almost passed out 3 times. It's not exactly passing out but getting low blood pressure right after doing the exercise. Afterwards I feel weak, I start to tremble a bit and I really don't trust myself to do anything more (Workout wise).
Why does this happen? The only time I made a mistake with what I ate was on the first time (I ate a yogurt with fruits and 2 crackers). Since then I've always been careful and when going to the gym I usually either have lunch or eat oatmeal pancakes (like the last time) before (with a 1 hr gap).
Also, this usually happens after high intense exercises (and I've already read why does that happen, kinda common sense) but I dont really see anybody struggling from times to times like this. One thing is to feel nauctious after pulling some heavy weights, other is to feel dizzy and weak for making some high intensity group exercises and such (also happens when doing 40kg+ squats)
