Egg and Pasta diet

Hi guys,
I've been making great progress for my cut following an IIFYM protocol. What I've been doing is, instead of looking at hitting my macros on a daily basis, I'm hitting them over a 2-week period. However, there is nothing silly like not eating any Protein for 2/3 days, then eating 2 whole chickens or something.

Anyway, although this has been working very well for me, it is quite time consuming to pull off. There's a lot of number crunching involved, and while I didn't mind this initially, it is now starting to annoy me a little.

As a result, I have decided to go back on a fixed diet plan, which meets the same macro requirements for me. I've been thinking of doing an Egg and Pasta diet. The plan is to consume:

10 eggs: 62.9P/3.8C/49.7F
250g Napolina Red Lentil Penne: 65P/125C/4.25F
50g Whey Protein: 34P/6C/2.5F

Total: 162P/134.8C/56.45F
1695Kcal

In terms of the macros, they are comparable to the ones I was on during IIFYM: 165P/108C/60F (1633Kcal)

The reason I want to carry out this diet is because there will be minimal time wasted on calculating what I can eat, as it will be fixed, and that coupled with only a few food choices, is something that appeals to me. If i'm not wrong, body composition is not affected at all, if the same macros are hit via different food sources. However, for health purposes, I will take Vitamin D3 and Multivitamin too.

Food choices/personal tastes of the aforementioned foods aside, what would be your opinion on following such a protocol. I have already considered factors such as boredom and adherence, and I'm confident I can overcome those...this is made easier by the fact that I love these foods.

Thanks
