Not getting stronger/gaining weight

I’m a 19yr old female, and have been weightlifting for 5 months now. I do a upper/lower split, with a total of 4 workouts a week + some cardio thrown in but not much anymore. I’m 5’8 and 118.5lbs. My starting weight was 115. Here’s what my diet looks like:
Breakfast- egg whites + oatmeal w/ cashew butter
Snack- protein bar
Lunch- sandwich(turkey lunch meat/cheese/light mayo/mustard/spinach) , vanilla Greek yogurt, fruit
Snack- oatmeal with protein powder in it & cashew butter
Dinner- protein pasta w/ light Alfredo sauce + a lot of green beans
Snack- cottage cheese/vanilla Greek yogurt mixed together w/ granola & fruit.
I used to track calories but stopped as I found it was hindering me in recovery(eating disorder). But I feel like I’m eating enough. What could I be doing wrong?
