Is clean bulking good for my body-type?

Hey, I'm looking at going into clean-bulking but not too sure what the % of macros should be that I use and if it would necessarily work on my body type. I'm 152lbs and am kind of skinny, (mainly looking to build size and maintain abs), I do have quite a bit of muscle but not much ab muscle. I also have a high metabolism and it's hard for me to gain weight. I was thinking on eating 3000-3200 calories and 30% carbs, 30% fats, 40% protein, doing light cardio and also working abs a couple times a week (along with each other body part of course)
If anyone would be able to help me out that'd be great!
