I’ve been trying to bulk on about 2400, but I’ve been getting a little confused. The morning after training days I usually weight a lot less (about 2 lbs) than the morning after rest days. Is this a bad thing? It could just be the loss of water but I fee like I drink a lot. Should I be eating more on training days then rest days, or keep it consistent? On rest days I’m relatively sedentary, and maybe train abs or do high volume pullups/push-ups.
