I read most of the stickies posted about tips for dieting when trying to cut, but just wanted some clarification or advice on a few things.
1) I calculated my daily protein minimum (110) grams, is it a bad thing if I go over that? Obviously not going over by a crazy amount.
2) For consuming protein, is there a maximum amount that I should consumer in one sitting? For example, after the gym I take two scoops of nitro tech whey gold and that is roughly 48g of protein
3) This isn't really a diet one, but what is the best way to get a good estimate of bf%. Typically I have used calculators that have you input a few measurements, but recently for Christmas one of my relatives got me one of those body analysis scales, but I have heard those things are very inaccurate
