Cant gain weight on 4100-4200 cal a day (tracked)

marcos are
P 300-320
C 500-520
F 100

currently sitting at 180 morning weight

ive been tracking my food for weeks and eat the same thing at the same time every day and im not new to this at all i just cant seem to gain weight this time around.

i stick to eating 5 meals + a snack all which consist of about the same calories, the snack is my pwo shake 5 scoops of mre (about 620 cal)
