Hi, based on my age 35, height 6ft 1 and and weight 370lbs, my caloric intake for fat loss is 2347 calories.
How important is it to try and reach that, if I am eating healthy I would actually find it hard to eat that many calories.
Typical week is 4 x gym sessions, primarily weights with a HIIT session, then protein shake + banana for breakfast, soup / huel / light lunch and then evening meal.
Please could you provide me with some advice related to this, do I need to be eating more? I would say I'm averaging about 1500 calories.
Thank you.
