How much sugar for weight loss

I am 6'3 300lbs and am trying to lose weight. I lift with relatively high intensity 4 times a week and I have an idea of how much of my macros I need, but I feel like sugar could pose a problem. What would be an acceptable amount of sugar to get in each day?
