tdee and calories question

understanding tdee for bulking. so due to work i couldnt do any cardio or my walks. i work in a retailer that has me standing for 30-37 hours weekly with some walks included ( i dont think standing actually burns that many) i was planning on bulking for 3k calories but since i did not do my cardio (500 calories) and daily walks this week and possibly next. would it be wise to go for 2700 instead?
