How many calories above maintenance do you go for when bulking?

I have been losing too much weight, so I am trying to eat basically as many nutrient dense foods as I can in a day. I keep protein in the ballpark of .8-1g per/lb. I keep net carbs anywhere from 20-80 (rarely) and try to reel in cardio, even though I am an avid hiker.

I would like to gain weight without, "dirty bulking," and want to maximize nutrition and minimize potential negative health effects of a high calorie diet. I have been trying to use foods like avocado, olive oil, homemade broth, grass fed meats, etc, as my primary sources of calories. I am at a point where I feel like I am at maintenance, in spite of consuming what appears to me to be a very high calorie diet (~2,800+).

I am not asking how many more calories I should eat, because I realize that everyone is different and there are a lot of unlisted factors involved.

How high above maintenance do you go and what foods do you favor to maximize your nutrient intake while bulking?
