could stress alone actually make you gain more weight and feel bloated? (water weight?) so i was maintaining weight a month ago with 2800 calories and decided to add 200 for a month (3k) and ive gained 6 pounds but i weighted myself 3 days ago weighting 155 and today im at 158 but ive been having extreme stress and anxiety with headache and i feel extremely bloated. also a bit of lack of sleep. could all this be water weight or just fat?
