Hello all, New to the world of body building/transformation so looking for some simple and easy advice. My goal is to bulk up, put on some size and actually look like I know what I'm doing so to start I need to gain the knowledge. Can anyone help me when it comes to the diet side i. e. Dummies guide to bulk diet, what protein, carb sand fats I need per day for my weight etc and how many times a day to eat or drink my protein shake. I'm 6' 2 and 96kg. I appreciate any help for this novice.
