skipping breakfast

Hey all,

I'm new to this website and have recently been trying to be healthy/fit. I was wondering how bad is it really to skip breakfast if its bad at all? I usually have a medium coffee +/- apple slice and usually don't get hungry until about 12:30/1:00 ish. Is it worse to force feed myself extra calories?
