Quick backstory
-lifting since 2011
-random program and training for most of the time
-started focusing on strength around 2015
Currently I’m 5’9 180 and the following stats
Bench 265
Squat 340
Sumo Deadlift 405
OHP 160
Current lifting routine is called nsuns 531 from reddit. It’s high volume and 2x per week frequency. This is the program that got me to my current numbers and I’m restarted it this week.
My body fat percentage right now is somewhere around 20-25%. I really wanna cut down and get to around 10-12% body fat just not sure if I have enough mass to support it? Or am I just overthinking and over analyzing.
My calories are set to 2300 atm, which is a 400-500 deficit. Making sure I get 1.1 g protein per pound of body weight, which comes out to 200 g. I don’t really focus on strict macros. Just the protein and calories.
