Let's say I am lean bulking and my goal is to eat 2300 a day.. and today I ate in total about 2600 which means I've committed a sin of 300 calories.. and let's say I want to make up for these calories and do cardio and burn 300 calories today - is there a difference if I do the cardio today and burn it down to 2300 or do it tomorrow and burn from 2300 to 2000 ?
