Meal prep help

Hi guys, need a bit of advice I have just changed jobs so my meal times are now completely different and not as frequent I eat around 3500-4000 calories a day to gain size I’m 5”8 and currently only weigh 80kg very high metabolism somewhat of a “hardgainer” so I can get away with higher fat foods and still stay pretty vascular....my old work day eating patterns used to be 6:30 am 10am 1pm and 4pm now I do 14 hour shifts and can only eat 6:30am 1pm 5:30pm and 9:30pm I’m struggling to find meals to give me enough energy and calories to see through the longer gaps between meals any advice?
