What kind of high-glycemic carbs do you guys eat/drink after working out? Lately I’ve been mixing whey with Gatorade, but it’s doing a number on my dental health so I’m probably going to have to cut it out. It was great because I don’t have much of an appetite after working out, and it’s an easy, portable source of dextrose (well, partially dextrose, but good enough) that I can mix into a shake. I’d just drink milk but I can’t exactly leave it out of the fridge at the gym. Any other suggestions?
