Wassup guys I have a problem here when I was 15 I was at 190 I'm 5"11 I went thru some stuff that tore me apart a lot of depression 4 years later I'm currently sitting at 132 people judge me call me a meth head my wife's parents think I'm doing drugs no matter how hard I try I'm eating most I can but my body isn't gaining a single thing I work in construction so constantly working out do any of you guys have a good meal diet plan to use or has anyone ever went thru depression and tryed to bring them self's up after and how'd you do it
