I am a 25 yo female
My height 5'6 and I am about 179 pounds last I went to the doctor, but I don't look like I weigh that much but I do.
I have been on and off with the whole weight loss thing. I want to be down to at least, 135 -145. I went to the doctor and my hormones are elevated (Testosterone), My blood sugar is normal and everything is normal it's just those iffy hormones.
Well, I call myself trying to wing myself off the poor diet I have. I have been eating baked chicken all week (9 days), along with yogurt, salad, fried rice, omelettes with sausage and etc. I have excluded the junk food and fast food (which this is my problem more than anything).
I'm noticing that my face has slim down, my neck fat isn't there anymore, but I am noticing that my stomach and thighs look swollen or heavier... not fat, but it looks very defined and solid. What am I doing ? Is protein turning me into a man?
Anyone have a nice balanced diet plan? I will be working out as well come this saturday.
