hello, i have just created my new cutting workout and nutrition plan, i have all required supplements like whey, CLA, Pre-workout, L-carnitine. and my workout timing is in morning. now i have calculated every thing like FAT, Carbs, cal, and protein(breakfast Lunch and dinner) now i forget that before workout there is need of fuel which come from carbs so if i eat some carbs before workout(30-40g)can should be calculated in a day nutrition plan? because if i take carbs before workout it will become 130g carbs a day where my plan is about to take less carbs(70-100g) as possible on workout day. so only BCAA or pre-workout Supplement are enough? or should i calculate the carbs ?
