I'm 5 11, 169 lbs, 26 years old. My arms, shoulders and chest look good but I can't make my abs visible no matter how hard I try.
I eat 2 to 3 eggs with 8 bacon strips in the morning, 150 grams of pasta with tuna after or before workout. And in the evening i eat chicken or turkey.
+ 3 protein shakes per day.
And it doesn't work. I'm a skinny guy with fat covering my abs and can't do anything about it.
Is there any way to fix this? Some bodybuilders told me to do cardio, the others told me not to, some told me to do it but only once a week. I do ab workout every day btw
