I have been trying to put on muscle for the past 4 months or so and I think my bmr is 1650 (I'm 16 at 130lbs 5 ft 10in), I started on the first day of June at 120lbs, but the problem is I don't look that much different, I'm not one of those people who can eat and eat and eat what ever they want, I gain fat preaty easily, so I was just wondering what my target calorie intake would be everyday, I workout 4 days a week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday on a full body routine, I'm also wondering for the future what my cutting calories would be so I'm not confused on that either, any help would be appreciated
