Help with 3000 calorie meal plan

Hi, My Background.

Gender: Male

Age: 23

Weight: 54 Kg

Skinny fat

Goal: 64-65 Kg

I Will be starting Gym soon and I have gone to gym before,but was too ignorant and didn't know what i was doing.

I will divide it into 5 meals

1000 calorie shake in the morning.

500 calories for lunch

250 calories mid-day snack

500 calories for dinner.

750 calories shake before sleep.

Is this doable for a beginner like me? can you suggest healthy foods in this calorie range.
