Hello guys, so thats my situation! I started cut 50 days ago. Went from 73,6kilos to 69,8 kilos (today). I estimated my tdee around 1950calories and actually i am at 1650 daily. Macros are 120 CHO, 53 FAT, 172 PRO.
The point is i am not losing weight from 2 weeks ( i was 69,6 after 36days). So now i have 2 streets i guess. Go low in calories (i think they are at minimum that i can have so i wouldnt like to do that), or make a load of carbo (wich i would like to restore a bit myself in energy..i am not so low but..)
Wich is the best way to do that? Do just 1 day? 3 days? 1 week? and to do that, how many calories i need to consume? Around maintenimece (so around 1950) or more around bulky(like 2250/2300)?
Beyond that i posted my photo in the bf thread and tucane said me i am around 10% ( ithink something more but its ok), so i guess i will start with a bulk soon. Probably will do other 10 days of cut or something more (not so much). After that i would like to know wich is the best way to go out from a bulk ( i think i will open another 3d for have more clearly answer and dont mix up the things)
