Starting back up and question on certain carbs...

Hey guys, been spending way too much time on the misc. I was once a miscer who lifted but I slacked over the past 2 years. Anyways getting back into the game. I'm curious though, outside of sweet potatoes, brown rice and all that good stuff, what kind of bread are you.guys eating?

I remember Ezekiel but man that stuff sucks, imo.

Just wondering if in case I am in a pinch and need to make a quicker turkey sandwich for lunch i want to make sure I'm using the best options
