Hello everyone, am a amateur bikini prep here, in my mid thirties and decided to give it a try out. Never been over weight always slim or should say skinny fat. But thought I would give the bikini comp a try out as a goal. Anyhow, came across a PT who indeed has an amazing physique and decided to have a chat with her about nutrition. Since I have about 7kg of fat to loose which is about 4% in a time frame of 14 weeks. So she basically said I should follow the diet as follow for 6 weeks.
Breakfast, 3 whites and 2 yolks
Lunch, 1 cup rice, 125 gm chicken breast and 1 cup vege
Tea, 2 egg whites
Dinner, 125gm chicken breast and 2 cup vege
Am doing resistance training 3 days a week plus 30 mins cardio afterand also another 3 days cardio (45min each time)
So I’ve worked out the calories from the food is only approx 800 calories?!?!? And I’m active 6 days a week at the gym, how does that even substain me for a day of activity without collapsing on the gym floor.
I think she’s either bonkers or she wants some $$ upfront before she would even consider helping out with my nutrition.
A toddler eats more than that in half a day.
