Macro target

Hello guys, Im trying to hit around 1750 - 1800 calories a day with proper carbs and protein for me, i am 115KG and i am trying to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time (newbie gains) and yeah i gained some muscle mass, the problem is i dont eat alot and i couldnt figure out how to hit that 1750 mark, im currently having a plan of 1100 kcals which is too low how can i get those kcals without eating a whole much more?
