Question about daily cals

Hi, I used the calorie calculator site to find out how much cals I need to eat to lose weight. It showed 1960 cals to lose 2 lbs a week. I am already eating 1700 cals and I feel full but still have 20% body fat. lifting 6 times weekly on a Push/ Pull schedule with no cardio.

Not sure if I should listen to the site and increase cals even more or keep at at 1700 and just lift heavier and increase frequency.

I'm 6'2" and 225lbs
