So this is my first contest prep and today was a really down day for me. I’m four weeks out and my hunger just was through the roof so I cheated on my diet and feel horrible. I’m sitting at about 8% body fat cardio 40 minutes x2 a day. I just splurged. Did I ruin my whole prep? I’m just completely kicking myself for being weak mentally today.
