Hey boys, I'll cut to the point. I'm 23 years old, 6'1 and weigh 155lb. I'm really looking to get myself to the 180-190 over the next couple years. The past few months I have been eating 3000-3500 calories per day with little progress. I believe my main problem is that I run my own buisness and do very physical work. I'm doing 15,000-20,000 steps a day, up and down stairs and scaffolding, while carrying 50-100lbs all day long. It also leaves me very little time to eat or prepare more food than I'm currently eating while at work. I'm eating a pretty high protein, fat and carb diet. Lots of eggs, bread, steak/chicken, snacking on nuts all day, drinking about a litre of whole milk a day and loading everything with butter. I'm also eating any junk I can get my hands on, pizza, cheeseburgers chocolate, whatever. I'm looking for any other ideas to squeeze another 500-1000 calories a day into my diet. I'm going to try a mass gainer for a month but don't want that to be a permanent solution. I'm also about to start doing a basic weight training program (squats, deadlifts, bench press etc..) to build more strength, so I'm sure the extra calories will really be needed for that. Throw me some ideas if you have them, thanks!
