10 weeks into a bulk, need advice

So over the past year I have made some progress and 10 weeks ago I weighed 160 and was apparently at 10 %bf(you can see the picture in my profile), I felt small and skinny and I stopped cutting because I thought I would look grossly small, so I decided to bulk, fast forward 10 weeks(been bulking) and I've gained about 6 pounds, I don't really see a difference and my most of my lifts have gone up but only by 5-10 pounds. I'm wondering if I should have kept cutting or if I should continue to bulk?

I'm 6ft btw, I couldn't eat better and I work out 5x week and started skinny fat.
