Hi Guys, first post ever on here.
Im currently 120kg @ 24 Years old, I have been powerlifting for a few good years, but recently decided to take up MMA again to compete.
Im trying to cut weight, my coach has recommended I go on a 2300 Cal diet for optimal fat loss, the only problem is, Im finding myself only
eating around 1300 calories a day. I'm 2.5 weeks into this diet and I have no idea how I'm doing it, I'm a really bad binge eater 90% of the time,
but all of my cravings have completely disappeared. My Worry is that Im not taking in enough energy, im doing 5 intense workout sessions a week,
I do feel a bit more tired after my workout but during the day i feel perfectly fine.
My question is, am I suddenly going to hit a point where I am feeling really sick, drained and fatigued from this? Is there going to be some
serious negative side effects? I've never done a cut like this, and I know I'm going to inevitably lose muscle
from the diet, thats not my greatest concern at this point. Any tips on increasing my appetite aside from force feeding myself would be appreciated.

Calories 1240 Kcal
Carbs 158.5g
Fat 18.8g
protein 97.5
My Diet is consisting of mostly Brown Rice, 3% fat ground beef, grilled chicken breast, wholeweat pasta and brocoli
and scrambled eggs with ham.
