Diet help

Not sure where to ask for help so i thought i would ask here. I workout 4-5 times a week for a little less than a hour each session. I'm trying to get my diet set up for lean muscle gains, i want to minimize the amount of fat gain as much as possible. Now every calculator i use online for my maintenance daily calorie intake is different, and i don't want to mess up by eating too less or to much calories.

I'm 5'7", and 136 pounds, i was eating 1900 calories daily and around 140gs of protein but i was actually losing weight but gaining muscle for some reason. So would 2300 calories, 150g of protein daily be good for muscle gain? And is doing %40 carbs, %30 protein and %30 fat good for daily diet? How many calories should i surplus for lean muscle gain?
