I am in the middle o my first year of lifting and I've been having tremendous results, in the span of the last 5 months bulking i was able to go from 28 kg of skeletal muscle mass to 34, and from a weight of 57kg to 72 kg. it's cutting season now and i have basic info on cutting and how it works but i want to know the optimum weight loss rate and how much of a deficit is recommended to migitate muscle loss so here are my personal stats: height(169cm) weight(72kg) and i work out 5 days a week (ppl) age(18) BMR at rest(1640)
body fat%(17) .
I'm sorry if this question has been previously answered but could anyone please recommend how many calories i should consume and the macros i need to lose fat safely, if this helps, I'm a student and don't move much daily except at the gym where I lift intensely. My goal is to reach 13% without losing alotta gainz
Please help me out.
