I'm in a prob bet right now with a friends, we are both trying to hit 185, I'm currently 171 and he's 220~ It's a prop bet for 750$ so I know he's going to be serious.
Right now at 171 & 12%BF, I'm just leaning to a hard bulk, I can she 10 LBS Easy once I need to. I work out heavy and hard 6days/week, just want to know what I need to be eating to bulk.
Presently based on hxxps://legionathletics.com/how-many-calories-should-i-eat/ w/ the 171, 12%, highly active I should be at :
Total Cal :3658
Total Protein: 171
Total Carb: 628
Total Fat: 51
That's for a 10% Gain, I want to blow this through the roof, I don't care if I put on a bit of fat, I can cut back down. I'm in a healthy range right now. What woul dyou guys recommend and why. I still wnt it to be clean, I don't want to be doing fastfood, right now, I'm crushing the Oatmeal / Chicken / Berries / Fruit / Some veggies to basically hit all my targets. What should I do to take it to the next level to hit 185 first. :)
