Macros for cutting?

So im 150 lbs at the moment, planning to start my cut next week

I do Intermittent Fasting because its convenient for me.

How do I calculate my macros? ive read that 0.7g of protein per pound is enough but will that be enough on a cut where im trying to retain all the muscle I have built?
