Long term diet for lean muscles

Hello Guys,

This is my first time using this forum :)

I really need some advises.

I wanna lose fat and build solid lean mscls.

I dunno what i can change in my diet or if i should add any, here is my daily routine :

Wake up 5AM :

preworkout -> 1 scoop Nitro tech
-> 1cup cooked oats
*************************
GYM 6AM :

10-15min CARDIO
then my usual bodybuilding routine workout

Post workout 7:45AM :

1scoop Nitrotech
*************************
Breakfast 8:30 :

1 CUP OAT (cooked)
4 WHITE EGG
palm full of ALMONDs
**************************
LUNCH : 1PM OR 2PM

200g chicken breast
vegies (i don't count them, i just make sure its half of the plate, brocooli / other green vegies and carrots)
1cup oat
1olive oil
1/2 Avocado
**************************
Diner 8 / 9pm

200g chicken breast

Before bed 10pm

1scoop Casein

i workout 6day a week.
