Flat Stomach Diet help

So I am a hardgainer, and have to consume ALOT of calories each day to achieve my fitness goals. Although I maintain a healthy diet (lots of calories come from protein and carbs, not much fat or sugars at all), the need to consume all the calories gives me a small bit of belly fat. I am very lean everywhere else, but I am seeking a way to lose the belly fat and still maintain my weight that I have. Most fat burner supplements I see work by increasing metabolism which is the last thing I need. Is there anything anyone else has found to help my cause or am I doomed as long as I consume so many calories?

Weight : 165lbs
