Not sure wether I should cut or bulk or just eat relatively healthy and time my carbs around my workouts - any suggestions would help (my pics r on profile)
I’m:
5’9.5”
162lbs
13-15% body fat (carry almost all my body fat in my midsection so it’s harder to reveal abs)
(just turned 16 years old also, so don’t want to ruin/stunt any remaining growth from eating in a deficit if that’s likely to happen)
