Hey Boy, i have been working out again for the last 3 month and this is my regular day to day
Wake up at 7 am, and i don't eat anything until my lunch time at work 12:30 pm, at Lunch I'm having a can of Beans(No rice just beans), with either a chicken breast/ground turkey/or a fish filet, then i go straight from work to the GYM at 5:30 pm for an Hour and half of weight lifting training just 10 minutes of cardio to warn up,After my workout, I get a hand made Protein shake with banana and Peanut Butter and Water and that my last Meal of the day and I'm repeating this from Monday to Friday.(for 3 Month)
Now on the first 3 Weeks i loss 14 Pounds, on the other 3 Weeks just 3 Pounds and now im Stuck i dont see the Number going down from the last 3 Weeks i just weight my self on the GYM and im Like WTF,i can see the difference on my muscle but Im not Losing weight, Should i Reduce the Food intake even Lowers, Like say **** Beans, im pretty much hungry all the ****ing time, any tips will be appreciated (Im a terrible cooker so i just get the Cans beans already precooked on the super market like the GOYA ones)
